Let's Work Together
Commission unique artwork with you in mind. Commissions can either be purchased at full price through the shop, and start at £200 for an A4 original sized artwork, or through contacting P N Clin directly, where a 20% deposit of the quoted commission will be requested, and 80% upon finalising.
Before choosing a commission here is some advice I've found to be helpful:

Any chats on art are always welcome. Please reach out to discuss any questions you have in mind. There's no commitment.
Once the artwork's imagery has been confirmed and a date of completion agreed upon, a commission agreement and quote will be provided. If you have already purchased your commission through the shop, a commission agreement will be provided.

Deposit
20% of the total commission cost will be requested/kept as a deposit to cover materials. If you cancel within 24hrs a full refund will be provided. If you cancel anytime after 24hrs the deposit may not be refunded and any artwork or materials started may be kept and used by the artist, P N Clin.

Final
Delighted with the final artwork? At this point the remaining payment will be requested, upon which the artwork will be delivered or collected.

Extras
Artwork will not be framed unless requested, if you wish the artwork to be framed a quote will be provided and delivery costs will need to be increased.
Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the commission payment is required to cover the cost of the materials and some of the production hours. If materials have been ordered or artwork been started, the deposit is non-refundable.
Alterations or Cancel
If you have any changes in mind regarding the commission. It is important to notify me as soon as possible for any changes you want to make.
If you decide to cancel the commission, you can get a refund if you do so within 24 hours. However, if you cancel after 24 hours, the refund will depend on whether materials have been ordered or artwork has been started. In such cases, a non-refundable deposit of 20% commission cost may be kept. It is important to note that if you request a refund, the artist reserves the right to reuse or sell the art/materials.
Change of Mind
The final piece is produced, but circumstances have changed and you no longer want it. That's okay. The remaining cost of the painting will not be required, and if you have paid and purchased the full amount in advance 80% will be refunded. However, the piece will then be kept by the artist for either reuse or resale, and the 20% deposit will not be refunded. This is to cover outgoing costs in materials and artist's time.

Image Rights
Your commissioned artwork will not be used resale, licensing or commercial reproduction. Only with your agreement would the commission be used to advertise the skills and abilities of P N Clin through social media and the website.

If you do not wish to keep the commissioned artwork, and have been either partially refunded or not charged the remaining 80%, the artist, P N Clin, has the right to keep the original artwork and all reproduction and licensing rights.
